EVOLUTION OF diagram

Diagram was conceived in 2012 and founded in 2013. From the very beginning, it was intended as a diversified private equity group of mutually supportive companies. Each successful company opens the door for another to emerge, building on the previous one. Every team member brings expertise that not only improves our ability to build business on the existing foundations but also supplies knowledge and energy for the next logically connected step.

According to the original concept, Diagram was meant to be built on the basis of a different initial success that seemed within reach. Therefore, it was planned to consist of components added in a different order. However, after a year and a half of failures and dead ends, an unexpected opportunity opened up for us in real estate development and financing.

THE DIRECTION

At that moment, everything started to fall into place, and Diagram began to take its current shape step by step. From development provided as a service to independent investors, through the first own equity participations or the opening of an investment fund, to the present, when Diagram also operates in energy, is preparing to enter two more sectors, and is looking for countless other opportunities. We remain opportunists, and business is the best game.

OPPORTUNITIES

As investors, we also enter sectors managed by others if we see an opportunity for Diagram to expand into another stable and profitable area whose economic cycle complements our main focus or opens up further opportunities for us.

Diagram was founded by a single person as an independent company. With each sector Diagram enters, however, it grows with new partners and co-owners of its individual parts.
