All parts of Diagram were founded from scratch, based on our own work and gradual capital building. We do not avoid acquisitions of other companies in principle, but it is not our primary way of thinking.
Ownership of Diagram
Diagram is a private equity group, whose individual components are owned, in various proportions and partnerships, by Czech individuals with expertise in the specific sectors in which Diagram operates.
Synergies
The various sectors within Diagram have significant synergies in terms of knowledge, working methods, or financing. Diagram grows and acquires new components based on this logic. This allows us to work with a smaller team, diversify more quickly, and seize even seemingly unusual opportunities.
The first risk is ours
We strongly prefer to first demonstrate our own ability to enter a new market and achieve profitability in every new field, and only then look for acquisition growth opportunities. Similarly, in every area, we first invest our own money. Only after achieving success, we are happy to invite new partners into further joint projects.

When entering a new field, our team expands by a few specifically oriented colleagues who further enrich our collective expertise and enlarge our business scope. Financing our growth
All of Diagram’s core components are extremely capital-intensive. Of course, all our money is invested in them, but our goals far exceed our financial capacity and personal needs. That’s why we established an investment fund, why we’re building an internal finance and treasury team, why we’re preparing new external financing tools, and why we collaborate with a number of partner investors.
